AI is at the center of everything we build at C3 Global — and we take that responsibility seriously. This policy defines how we use AI tools, what standards govern their use, and what clients can expect.
Every AI-generated asset produced by C3 Global is reviewed, curated, and approved by a human expert before delivery. We do not automate client deliverables without human oversight. AI is a tool in our hands — not the decision-maker.
We disclose when AI has been used in the creation of a deliverable. Clients will always know when portraits, videos, written content, or application logic includes AI-generated elements. We do not represent AI output as purely human-created work.
C3 Global uses a curated set of AI platforms including but not limited to image generation, avatar video creation, AI chat and concierge systems, and natural language tools. The specific tools used in your project will be discussed during the discovery process.
C3 Global is grounded in cultural intelligence. We actively audit AI tools for bias, particularly as it relates to representation of diverse faces, cultural contexts, and professional identities. We reject outputs that misrepresent, flatten, or stereotype the communities we serve.
Client-provided materials used to train or fine-tune AI systems within their builds remain the intellectual property of the client. C3 Global does not use client assets to train internal models or share them with third-party AI providers without explicit written consent.
AI-generated content has limitations. Outputs may vary in quality depending on the tool, the prompt, and the underlying model. We set realistic expectations during discovery and work to deliver the highest quality possible within those parameters.
C3 Global will not use AI to create deceptive or misleading content, deepfakes intended to deceive, or any output that violates a client's — or any individual's — dignity or rights. We refuse engagements that require us to compromise these standards.
This policy is a living document. As AI technology evolves, so will our standards. We are committed to staying ahead of the curve — not just technically, but ethically.

The Luxe Content Collective is a professional community for leaders, executives, and experts who are serious about their presence. These guidelines protect that standard for everyone.
These guidelines apply to all members of the Luxe Content Collective, participants in C3 Global virtual events, and anyone accessing C3 Global-managed virtual spaces and community platforms.
Violations of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community without refund. C3 Global reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to act accordingly.

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both clients and to the significant time and expertise invested in every C3 Global engagement.
Due to the custom nature of AI-generated portrait services, all sales are final. If there is a quality issue with your delivered portraits, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work to resolve it.
Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
The deposit paid to secure your project date is non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue the project after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited. Any additional payments made will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed.

To cancel a membership or retainer, email hello@c3global.co with your name, the service you are cancelling, and your reason. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
C3 Global reserves the right to issue refunds at our discretion in cases of documented service failure. Disputes should be submitted in writing to hello@c3global.co within 14 days of the issue.

C3 Global virtual coworking spaces are professional environments built for focused work, meaningful connection, and cultural excellence. These guidelines ensure that standard is upheld for every participant.
C3 Global Coworking sessions are free and open to the public with no membership required. Sessions are held Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern, and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern. The Content Copy Lab and Content Creation Lab are separate members-only sessions exclusive to active Luxe Content Collective members. Access credentials for those sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Recording of any session — audio or video — is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from C3 Global and all participants involved. Violations may result in immediate removal and legal action.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their own stable internet connection and compatible devices. C3 Global is not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end that affect their ability to access or participate in sessions.
Violations of these guidelines will result in immediate removal from the session. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension from all C3 Global virtual spaces without refund. C3 Global reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation.
