Who This Applies To
Scope of These Guidelines
These guidelines apply to all members of the Luxe Content Collective, participants in C3 Global virtual events, and anyone accessing C3 Global-managed virtual spaces, coworking environments, and community platforms — including members of the general public who enter open coworking sessions or public-facing events.
By entering any C3 Global virtual space or event, you agree to uphold these standards — not because you are required to, but because the caliber of this community depends on everyone in it.
The Standard
Expected Conduct
This is a professional community for people who are serious about their presence and their impact. The baseline expectation is simple: bring that same energy here.
Encouraged
- Engage with professionalism, respect, and cultural sensitivity
- Share genuine insights and celebrate other members' wins
- Ask real questions and offer substantive responses
- Protect member confidentiality outside the community
- Honor others' intellectual property and creative work
- Represent your credentials and identity honestly
- Give credit when sharing or building on another member's ideas
Not Permitted
- Spam, unsolicited DM sales pitches, or uninvited promotion
- Harassment, discrimination, or disrespect of any kind
- Sharing login credentials or providing non-member access
- Recording sessions without explicit permission
- Misrepresentation of credentials, affiliations, or identity
- Reproducing or redistributing member content without consent
- Any conduct that creates a hostile or unwelcoming environment
Virtual Coworking

Our open sessions are free and open to the public — anyone is welcome to join, work alongside the community, and experience the Collective standard firsthand. Show up, do the work, and respect that everyone else in the room is here for the same reason.

Coworking Room Standards
- Camera on — presence matters; being visible creates accountability and community
- Mic muted unless it is an open discussion or check-in moment at the start or end of the session
- Professional appearance and background — you are in a professional space, not a casual call
- No disruptions — keep background noise to a minimum; step away if something urgent comes up
- Chat for connection, not sales — use session chat to share wins, ask quick questions, or offer encouragement
- Arrive on time — late entry is fine, but do not disrupt a session in progress
Virtual Events
Event Protocols & Best Practices
Beyond weekly coworking, C3 Global hosts content labs, masterclasses, guest expert sessions, strategy days, and community celebrations inside our virtual spaces. Each event type carries its own energy — and its own standards. These guidelines are posted in every room for easy reference.
All Events
Professional appearance and background required. No eating on camera during presentations. Respect the host and speakers — save questions for designated Q&A time unless otherwise indicated.
Guest Expert Sessions
These guests are sharing their expertise with our community as a gift. Arrive on time. Engage meaningfully. Do not use Q&A time to pitch yourself or redirect attention. Direct follow-up solicitations to guests without their consent are not permitted.
Content Labs & Workshops
Come prepared with any pre-work requested. Participate actively. What is built and shared in a workshop stays in the workshop — do not screenshot or share other members' work-in-progress without permission.
Strategy & Hot Seat Days
When a member is in the hot seat, the room’s full attention belongs to them. Side conversations and unsolicited advice during another member’s session are not appropriate. What is shared in strategy sessions is confidential to the room.
Community Celebrations
Show up, celebrate your peers genuinely, and add to the energy of the room. Every win shared — no matter the size — deserves acknowledgment. This is what community looks like.
Technical Issues
If you experience a connection issue, rejoin quietly. You are responsible for your own tech setup — stable connection, working camera and mic. Session replays (when available) will be posted in the member portal.
Recording Policy
No Recording Without Consent
Recording of any session — audio or video — is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from C3 Global and all participants involved.
This policy protects every participant’s right to speak freely in a professional space without concern that their words, image, or ideas will be captured and redistributed without their knowledge. Violations may result in immediate removal and, where applicable, legal action.
When C3 Global records a session for replay or archiving, participants will be notified at the start of the session and given the opportunity to adjust their camera accordingly.
Intellectual Property
Protect What Members Build
Content shared within Collective spaces — strategies, frameworks, processes, brand materials, creative work — belongs to the member who created it. Do not reproduce, share, or use another member's intellectual property without their explicit permission.
C3 Global content, including training materials, session recordings (when authorized), and community resources, is the intellectual property of C3 Global and Dr. Charity Campbell-Kapela. Members may use this content for personal professional development. Distribution, resale, or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Enforcement
How Violations Are Handled
C3 Global maintains the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these guidelines and to respond accordingly. Depending on the nature and severity of the conduct:
- A first violation may result in a written warning and direct conversation
- Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary suspension from community spaces and events
- Severe violations — including harassment, recording without consent, or fraud — may result in immediate permanent removal without refund
Our goal is never to punish. It is to protect the quality of this community for everyone who belongs here.
Reporting
How to Report a Concern
If you experience or witness conduct that violates these guidelines, please report it. Every report is treated with full confidentiality. Your membership standing will not be affected by making a good-faith report.
