Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, memberships, and service engagements with C3 Global, operated by Dr. Charity Campbell-Kapela. By purchasing any product or service from C3 Global you agree to the following terms.

Section 1

Services Offered

C3 Global provides the following categories of services:

  • LuxePortrait AI Portraits — individual and team portrait packages
  • Luxe Content Collective — tiered membership programs including done-with-you and done-for-you content creation
  • Branded AI Experience Apps — custom AI-powered application builds
  • Virtual HQ Builds — custom branded virtual environment design and development
  • Institutional and Government Virtual Environments — enterprise-level digital infrastructure builds
  • Technology Retainers — ongoing maintenance and support agreements

All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

Section 2

Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is required in full before work begins unless a formal payment schedule has been confirmed in writing during the discovery process.

For high-ticket builds — including Branded AI Experience Apps, Virtual HQ Builds, and Institutional Environments — a 50% deposit is required to secure your project date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery unless an alternative milestone payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing.

Membership and retainer subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout — monthly, quarterly, or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

C3 Global reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any pricing changes with a minimum of 30 days notice.

Section 3

Refund Policy

LuxePortrait AI Portraits: Due to the custom nature of AI-generated portrait services, all sales are final. If there is a quality issue with your delivered portraits, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work to resolve it.

Luxe Content Collective Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Branded AI Experience Apps: The deposit paid to secure your project date is non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue the project after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited. Any additional payments made will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed.

Virtual HQ Builds: The deposit paid to secure your project date is non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue the project after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited and any additional payments made will be reviewed based on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation.

Technology Retainers: Retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your retainer at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Section 4

Delivery and Timelines

All delivery timelines are confirmed during the discovery process based on the scope, complexity, and specific needs of your project. C3 Global does not guarantee delivery within any fixed timeframe unless a specific timeline has been confirmed in writing during discovery.

Timely delivery depends in part on the client’s responsiveness, provision of required assets, and participation in review rounds. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines.

Section 5

Revisions and Changes

The number of revision rounds included in each package is specified in the product description at the time of purchase. Revisions beyond what is included are billed at $150 per hour.

A revision is defined as a modification to existing delivered work. Changes that require new content creation, significant scope expansion, or redesign beyond the original agreed deliverables are considered new work and will be scoped and priced separately.

Section 6

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full commercial usage rights to all delivered assets including AI portraits, avatar videos, and custom-built applications and environments.

C3 Global retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

All AI-generated content is delivered for the client’s use. C3 Global does not claim ownership of client-provided content, brand materials, or intellectual property used during the build process.

Section 7

Membership Terms

Membership in the Luxe Content Collective is subject to the following terms:

  • Entry into the Luxe Content Collective requires a prior LuxePortrait purchase. Access to the Collective is not available without completing this prerequisite.
  • Asset allocations — including portraits and avatar videos — are provided monthly and do not roll over to the following month if unused. Unused assets are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Members who add a partner or additional team member to their membership must disclose the number of people at the time of enrollment. All assets are shared among members and divided accordingly — they are not multiplied per person. Asset distribution for multi-member accounts will be confirmed with Dr. CK prior to the membership start date.
  • Corporate or team memberships of six or more people are not available through standard checkout and require a discovery call for a custom proposal.
Section 8

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate brand information, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may impact delivery timelines.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content, logos, images, or materials submitted to C3 Global for use in their builds.

Clients using AI Experience Apps or Virtual HQ environments are responsible for ensuring their use of those environments complies with all applicable laws and platform terms of service.

Section 9

Confidentiality

C3 Global treats all client projects with full confidentiality. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for clients requiring formal confidentiality documentation.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

C3 Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

C3 Global is not responsible for platform outages, third-party software failures, or changes to platform terms of service that may affect delivered builds, including any virtual environment platform or AI tool provider used in the delivery of services.

Section 11

Cancellation

Memberships and retainers may be cancelled at any time through written notice to hello@c3global.co. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access continues through the end of the paid period.

Project-based engagements may be cancelled with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be delivered to the client upon receipt of any outstanding balance owed.

Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of North Carolina.
