Not a disclaimer. A standard. Every AI tool we use, every output we deliver, and every system we build is governed by this policy — because your authority deserves nothing less.
Every AI-generated asset produced by C3 Global is reviewed, curated, and approved by a human expert before delivery. We do not automate client deliverables without human oversight.
AI is a tool in our hands — not the decision-maker. The intelligence, judgment, and cultural sensitivity that goes into every C3 Global build comes from Dr. CK and our team. AI accelerates and amplifies that work. It does not replace it.
We disclose when AI has been used in the creation of a deliverable. Clients will always know when portraits, videos, written content, or application logic includes AI-generated elements.
We do not represent AI output as purely human-created work. We do not use AI to impersonate, mislead, or deceive — ever. If you are looking at a C3 Global deliverable, you will know what it is and how it was made.
C3 Global uses a curated set of AI platforms. We vet every tool before it touches a client project. The specific tools used in your build will be discussed and documented during the discovery process. Our current stack includes tools for:
We update our toolkit as the industry evolves. We retire tools that no longer meet our quality or ethical standards.
C3 Global is grounded in cultural intelligence. Dr. CK has spent two decades operating across 30+ countries, and that global perspective is baked into every project we take on.
We actively audit AI tools for bias — particularly as it relates to the representation of diverse faces, cultural contexts, and professional identities. AI models have historically underrepresented or misrepresented non-Western, non-white, and non-binary professionals. We know this. We test for it. We reject outputs that misrepresent, flatten, or stereotype the communities we serve.
If an AI tool cannot meet our cultural standard, we do not use it for client work.
Client-provided materials used to train or fine-tune AI systems within custom builds remain the intellectual property of the client. C3 Global does not use client assets to train internal models.
We do not share client data with third-party AI providers without explicit written consent. Your intellectual property — your brand voice, your content, your image — is yours. We are stewards of it during the build process, not owners of it.
AI-generated content has limitations. Outputs can vary in quality depending on the tool, the prompt, the model, and the source material provided. We set realistic expectations during discovery and we do not overpromise results.
When a deliverable does not meet our standard, we do not deliver it. We iterate until it does — or we tell you honestly that a different approach is needed.
C3 Global will not use AI to create:
We refuse engagements that conflict with these limits — regardless of the fee.
AI is moving fast. This policy is not static. We review and update our AI ethics standards as the technology, the regulatory environment, and our own understanding evolves. The version date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.
We are committed to staying ahead of the curve — not just technically, but ethically. If you have a question about how AI is being used in your project, ask us. We will always give you a straight answer.
We believe AI accountability is a conversation, not a checkbox. If you want to discuss how AI will be used in your project, or if you have concerns about any aspect of this policy, reach out directly.
